TOP REGULAR SEASON
TEAM – ROCKY MOUNTAIN RAIDERS
The Rocky Mountain Raiders topped the 2017 Esso Cup champion St. Albert
Slash to claim first place in the AFHL. The Raiders kicked into high gear
in the second half of the season, going undefeated from Nov. 26-March 3 and
winning 15-straight games to close out their schedule. With the top three
scorers in the league and a league-high 111 goals, it was all about the
offence for Rocky Mountain; Nicole Fry led the way (19-22—41), followed by
teammates Chloe Puddifant (12-24—36) and Breanne Trotter (22-12—34).
